Even though I was told that Korea has more foreigners than Japan, navigating in Seoul using English was a lot harder than in Tokyo. In Seoul a good part of the people that I have met couldn’t use the most basic english words, while in Tokyo only I met only once someone who couldn’t put 2 English words together.

Also, foreigners seem A LOT easier to find in Tokyo than in Seoul.

In contrast, the use of English in Seoul seemed more prominent and systematic.
